This is a picture of the sophomore apartments that I live in. I always love walking around the vistas because they are so beautiful. There are four buildings surrounding each other with palm trees. The architecture is modern and beachy. The buildings were probably made out of stucco. I would say the average college student does not live in such a nice apartment. Someone with a low socioeconomic background might think that it is an extravagant place for a college student to live in and might assume that the college tuition and housing is very expensive.
